My name is Madeline Nowak.

My Bachelor’s Degree is in Mass Communication, from Colorado Mesa University (CMU) in Grand Junction, Colorado. Go Mavs!

Marketing, writing, design, photography, social media: whatever the medium, I’m dedicated to sharing compelling narratives with the world.

I’ve already put that to work in some great roles. I’ve done marketing for a B2B licensing agency operating in all 50 states and internationally. I managed social media using Hubspot, wrote a monthly newsletter and case studies, and compiled SEO data and potential client leads.

Most recently, I worked for an international food services company, doing marketing for a local branch. I was responsible for designing promotional materials, planning and day-of operations for events, and getting out into the community to connect face-to-face.

A year ago, I spent six months living in Lausanne, Switzerland, attending university there and studying international marketing. While I was there, I had the amazing opportunity to travel around Europe. The rest of the Mediterranean is next on my bucket list!

Back home, I took on the role of Managing Editor for Horizon Magazine at CMU. I was responsible for managing a team of volunteer writers and editing all of the written material for the magazine.

These days I’m back on the Front Range, living in Parker, Colorado and currently serving as chief admirer of my new baby brother.
